In March 2024, Dr. Mohammad Dalvi Esfahani, lead of the Blockchain, FinTech & Cryptocurrency Research Group (BFCRG) at the University of Southampton Malaysia, was honored with dual roles at the First National Congress on Organizational Transformation, held in Iran and hosted by the University of Isfahan. He served as a member of the scientific committee and was also invited as a keynote speaker at this prestigious national event.

In his keynote address, Dr. Dalvi Esfahani explored the emergence of generative AI, highlighting its transformative impact on organizations, industries, and research landscapes. He discussed the future challenges posed by rapid AI integration, particularly in decision-making and governance, as well as the ethical considerations that must be addressed to ensure responsible development and deployment of these technologies.
