We are pleased to announce that Professor Jason Turner has joined the Blockchain, Fintech & Cryptocurrency Research Group (BFCRG) as a member and will serve as the Deputy Lead of the group. His extensive leadership experience and research expertise will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction and collaborative impact of the research group.
About Professor Jason Turner
Professor Jason Turner is the Head of the Southampton Malaysia Business School. He brings over two decades of academic and leadership experience across two continents. Before joining the University of Southampton Malaysia, he served as Senior Head of School at Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation and as Head of Department at Taylor’s University. Professor Turner has held numerous editorial roles in respected journals such as Education + Training, International Journal of Information & Learning Technology, and Asia-Pacific Journal of Business Administration. His award-winning research focuses on human capital development, skills utilisation, and digital transformation, and he has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals, books, and chapters. Professor Turner is also an experienced PhD supervisor and examiner, with a strong international academic network and a history of securing national and international research grants.
